This work presents an experimental and theoretical study on the punching shear behavior of Lightweight Concrete Slabs. obtained using Expanded polystyrene (EPS) beads as partial coarse aggregate’s replacement, without adding supplementary bonding additives, to reduce concrete density from 2400 1800 kg/m 3 . The EPS content, strength column aspect ratio were test parameters. Five groups prepared by partially replacing natural aggregate with 0%, 10%, 20%, 30% 40% (by volume) balls.
